Cammeray Craft

Cammeray Craft is a new restaurant right in the heart of Sydney's Lower North Shore with great local food and a big focus on craft beers and local wines

We are a restaurant and a bar with a craft beer twist located on Miller Street, the main strip in Cammeray on Sydney's Lower North Shore. Our soft opening will take place in late March 2014 with an official opening on April Fools Day.

Our food philosophy is to keep things simple using as much fresh local produce as possible. In addition to the restaurant menu we also have a short bar snacks menu. Executive chef Uwe Habermehl has created some great dishes while restaurant manager Sean Grainger will see that service is perfect.

Our beverage lists are made up of great independent, mainly local producers. We have six rotating craft beers on tap (with more taps coming soon) along with a bunch in bottles curated by beer geeks William Wilson and Adrian Pua. William who was one of the first certified sommeliers in Australia also calls the shots for the wine list which has 90% New South Welsh wines.
